Policies/FAQ
 
Payment is due weekly on the first day of service. For example, if your child receives services on Tuesday and Thursday, payment is due each Tuesday.
 
I accept cash, check, Venmo (Cash App) Apple Pay or card. If paying with a card, an invoice will be emailed to you that day and you can pay with your card or bank transfer online. Please make checks payable to Lauren Johnson.  
 
Rates are $50 per hourly session. If your child has 30 minute sessions, this will still appear as $50 an hour for your rate on your contract and invoices. 
 
You may stop services at any time. If you decide to discontinue services, your reserved time and spot will be forfeited. 
 
24 hour notice is required for all cancellations apart from serious emergencies. I do charge for no show/no notice appointments. No shows are very difficult for a small business as I count on your time slot for income. After 2 missed appointments (with no or last minute notice) your sessions will be discontinued and filled by a family on the waitlist. 
 
Please let me know of any COVID symptoms that may be present in your household, upon meeting we will follow the State’s most recent Safety Guidelines. I am fully vaccinated.
